Terms of service
1. The service
Postkemanamana lets you connect TikTok and YouTube accounts and publish videos to them, by hand, from scripts or through AI agents, after a person has approved each post. The service is provided as is, and during the beta it may change or be unavailable without notice.
2. Your account and your content
You may connect only accounts you own or are authorised to manage. You keep all rights to the videos and captions you upload. You are responsible for their content, for having the rights to publish it, and for complying with each platform's terms and community guidelines, including rules on disclosing commercial and branded content and on content made for children.
3. Acceptable use
Do not use the service to publish content that is unlawful, infringes others' rights, or is prohibited by TikTok or YouTube. Do not attempt to circumvent platform limits, automate engagement, or share access tokens outside the service. We may suspend accounts that break these rules or the platforms' terms.
4. Agents and automation
Scripts and AI agents may add media, draft posts and read their state through the service's interfaces. Publishing requires approval by a person; you are responsible for what your agents draft and for the approvals given under your account.
5. Platforms
The service depends on TikTok and Google/YouTube APIs. Their availability, limits and policies are outside our control; a post may be delayed or rejected by the platform. Using the YouTube part of the service also binds you to the YouTube Terms of Service.
6. Fees
The beta is free. Paid plans, when introduced, will be announced on the website before they apply to you.
7. Liability
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for lost revenue, lost content, or damage arising from a post being published late, not at all, or with settings you approved. Our total liability is limited to the fees you paid in the last three months.
8. Termination
You can disconnect channels or delete your account at any time; see the privacy policy for what is deleted. We may close accounts that violate these terms.
9. Changes and contact
